- advice on the provisions of the body corporate legislation including the responsibilities and powers of bodies corporate and committees
- the development and establishment of community titles schemes for residential, commercial and industrial (and mixed residential and commercial) projects (from small complexes to large complicated layered/staged arrangements)
- the sale and purchase of community title scheme lots
- dispute resolution and litigation on behalf of, and involving, bodies corporate in the courts and QCAT.
