Our Practice

We recognise that insurance companies are running a commercial business and require commercial, practical advice based on receiving maximum returns at a minimum of cost. We act for insurers in the motor vehicle, income protection and public liability fields.

We also advise clients in relation to their dealings with insurers, including advice in relation to disputes over insurance claims or advice in litigation matters where insurers are involved.

We have acted in disputes before the Financial Services Ombudsman and have assisted clients who have had claims refused or have found themselves without the insurance coverage they though they had.
