  • The dissolution of a partnership, the least likely contemplated event at the commencement of a partnership, can often be a very stressful and difficult event. In such cases, the parties to a partnership dissolution require prompt and effective advice to assist them in resolving the issues and moving on.

Our many years of experience in handling a wide range of partnership dissolutions, both contested and uncontested, places us in a very strong position to assist our clients in these circumstances.

Quite often, we find that some of the difficulties experienced by clients in partnership dissolution occurs as a result of either no written partnership agreement or an inadequately drafted partnership agreements.
