Ben McGuire  Special Counsel

Ben McGuire is a special counsel in our Business Services Group with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and property transactions.

He provides strategic advice to business owners and private clients of the firm. He assists clients with asset protection, structuring (and restructuring) of assets, business succession, estate and succession planning, self managed super fund borrowings, corporate governance and business/corporate sales and acquisitions.

Ben is also an Accredited Property Law Specialist (Queensland).
