Brad Clark - Partner
Brad is a Partner with Shand Taylor Lawyers in the firm's property and commercial team. He has extensive experience in all aspects of property and commercial law primarily focusing on large scale commercial land and building sales and acquisitions, business acquisitions and sales, property development, commercial and retail leasing and corporate law.
Brad acts for a number of developers, private companies, Government departments, landlords, joint venture parties and individuals on a wide range of property and corporate matters. He regularly assists clients in acquiring or disposing of commercial, business and industrial investments, and in establishing effective corporate structures. Over the years Brad has assisted major developers and the State of Queensland with a wide range of legal issues involving the sale of large parcels of residential, commercial and industrial land.
During Brad's time at Shand Taylor Lawyers he has developed an approach aimed at providing strategic, timely, cost effective and practical legal advice. Using his skills in negotiating agreements, drafting documents and managing transactions, Brad helps his clients achieve the best business outcome for each individual transaction.
Brad is also a Registered Migration Agent (Migration Agents Registration Number 1174010) practising in business and skilled migration with a particular focus on employer sponsored long stay (temporary) 457 business visas, skilled visas, student visas, family visas and sportspersons and distinguished talent visas. He is focused on delivering outcomes that are tailored to each client's individual circumstance so he will work with clients to prepare, lodge and monitor the correct visa application. Brad can also work directly with companies and sponsors to provide advice on all general visa and immigration related matters.
