Christine O'Neill  Associate

Christine O'Neill is an Associate in our commercial litigation section, working mainly in the areas of planning and environment law and building and construction law.

Christine holds degrees with honours in Laws and Arts (political science).

Christine's experience includes:-

   Planning and Environment:

• town planning appeals and applications in the Planning and Environment Court
• advising developers on environment law, and in particular vegetation management and koala conservation
• general advice on the impact of planning schemes and other local and State government planning instruments.

   Building and Construction:

• commercial and residential building contracts
• debt recovery under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act
• resolving building disputes
• encroachment issues

   Resumption and Compensation:

• advising clients in respect of resumptions of land by State and local government authorities
• preparing claims for compensation
• applications in the Land Court

   Commercial:

• general debt recovery
• commercial litigation
• terms of use documents
• confidentiality agreements
