Gyöngyi Kruchió  Lawyer

Gyöngyi holds a Bachelor of Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from QUT. She was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2004. Gyöngyi focuses on property and commercial areas including:

• commercial, residential and off-the-plan conveyancing on behalf of vendors, purchasers and mortgagees exercising power of sale

• advising on and compliance with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000, Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and Land Sales Act (1984)

• commercial and office leasing for both lessors and lessees, including negotiating and preparing agreements for lease, incentive deeds, licence agreements, leases, surrender and assignment documentation

• retail shop leasing, including compliance with the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994, preparation of compliant leases and disclosure statements

• assisting landlords and tenants enforce their respective rights under a lease

• negotiation and preparation of business sale agreements and the conduct of business sale and purchase matters to settlement

• negotiation and variation of franchise agreements

• preparation and registration of easements and caveats

• working in teams to purchase major assets, for example shopping centres
