Ian McGilvray  Legal Administrator

Ian has practised in law since 1962 and was appointed by the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Managing Clerk in 1972.

Ian has extensive experience in insolvency, debt recovery, personal injuries and probate administration.

Ian represents a large Queensland and New South Wales property developer and manager with the recovery of outstanding lease payments and outgoings. He also assists its national manager when leasing and financial problems occur with its tenants. Ian also acts for one of Queensland's largest independent fuel suppliers providing legal advice to management in relation to the provision of credit and the requirements of personal guarantees and credit protection.

Ian also controls and advises on all deceased estate administration in our office. He prepares wills and powers of attorney and assists clients with all matters associated with the administration of deceased estates.
