Kristen Healy  Lawyer

Kristen Healy is a lawyer in our commercial litigation section. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Queensland.

Kristen is focused on obtaining commercial results for her clients, and is able to provide practical advice to clients in relation to a wide range of areas, including debt recovery, contractual disputes, property disputes, intellectual property and insolvency.

Kristen has acted for liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy, directors, creditors and debtors, and she can advise in relation to statutory demands, bankruptcy, winding up of companies, insolvent trading and voidable transactions under the Corporations Act 2001.

Kristen is a RSPCA volunteer and can speak basic conversational Japanese.
