Regina Michaletos  Associate

Regina Michaletos is a commercial litigator and was admitted as a legal practitioner in September 2004. Regina has extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas and jurisdictions.

Regina holds degrees from the University of Queensland including a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (English) and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Education and Training.

Following her admission as a legal practitioner, Regina worked as a solicitor at a busy general practice, gaining exposure to all areas of Law (particularly commercial law, property law and litigation). Regina has exclusively practiced in the area of commercial litigation since March 2010 and has consistently achieved successful results for her clients. Regina enjoys advocacy and trial work.

Regina's approach is commercial, practical and decisive when offering clients solutions in a range of legal areas including commercial disputes, employment issues, contractual breaches, partnership disputes, estate litigation and other categories of litigation.

Regina is fluent in the Greek language (speaking and writing) and enjoys assisting clients who may prefer or require the use of such a skill set in the giving of legal advice.
