Annie Xu joined the firm in July 2021 as a lawyer in our commercial and property team. Annie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland.

 

Annie has a vast range of knowledge and experience in the commercial space, acting in various matters including business and company acquisitions and disposals, business and asset structuring, preparation of shareholder and unitholder agreements, and general property development advice.

Annie also assists in our estate planning team and has experience in estate administration, preparation of wills, preparation of trusts and preparation of enduring powers of attorney.

Cultural and language barriers are no problem for Annie when it comes to commercial and property transactions involving international clients. She has extensive experience in assisting a wide range of clients including international investors, property developers, and high net worth individuals and families.
