Our firm is experienced in electronic conveyancing via PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) and with electronic execution of contracts via DocuSign. This means we can conveniently assist with the contracting and settlement of conveyances entirely electronically.

We frequently act for clients buying and selling residential properties, including:

  • vacant land;

  • off the plan apartments and vacant land (including house and land packages).
