Lachlan Taylor is a lawyer in our property and commercial team. Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology.
Lachlan advises on a wide range of commercial and property transactions, including residential and commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, the sale and purchase of businesses, the acquisition of shares and the establishment of community titles schemes.
He has been involved in litigation matters in the areas of property, insolvency, telecommunications and consumer law. He has a particular interest in corporate governance, and regularly assists companies and associations with governance issues involving constitutions, structuring and the development of governance frameworks.
Lachlan also assists in our estate planning team and has experience preparing wills and enduring powers of attorney.
Lachlan is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Commercial Law Association of Australia.
