Mitchell Kidd is a Lawyer in our commercial and property team.

 

Mitchell completed a dual Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology and Justice from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2020. He was admitted to the Supreme Court as a lawyer in 2021.

 

He works and advises on a wide range of commercial and property transactions, including residential and commercial conveyancing, residential development matters, retail and commercial leasing, and loan and security agreements.

 

Mitchell has previously acted for a global furniture retailer in the leasing and establishment of their retail stores in Queensland.

 

He has also acted for several property developers on various types of residential developments in Brisbane, Hervey Bay and the Sunshine Coast.

 

Mitchell takes pride in delivering informed advice to clients and simplifying complex legal issues to ensure their understanding.
