Nevada Chellan is a Lawyer in our Commercial and Property team at the Fortitude Valley office.

She holds a joint Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wellington and was admitted as a solicitor in 2023.

After relocating to Brisbane in 2022, Nevada worked in-house for a major property developer, gaining hands on experience in large scale development projects, consultancy agreements, leasing negotiations and extensive planning matters. 

At Shand Taylor, Nevada has continued to expand her expertise in commercial and property transactions and planning and environment law. She strives to take a practical and personal approach, to ensure you are fully informed of your legal position.
