Richard was admitted as a solicitor in 2002, he holds degrees in Law and Business (majoring in Marketing). Richard is experienced in all aspects of business transactions, property development, body corporate matters, mortgages and loans, franchising, conveyancing, and leasing.

 

Richard has acted for several high profile property developers, corporations, and landlords. He has also acted for a national retail chain in the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of its retail sites.

 

Richard currently acts for a large, not-for-profit organization providing advice in relation to their retirement living operations.
