Vicky is a Senior Associate in our property and commercial law team.

 

Vicky holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (summa cum laude) degrees and has more than 15 years’ experience as a lawyer, having qualified and practised as a property and commercial lawyer in South Africa prior to her admission as a lawyer in Australia in 2018.

 

Vicky has developed her legal expertise working in top tier and boutique law firms while acting for a broad range of clients including ASX listed companies, private companies of all sizes, and individuals across diverse industries. She is experienced in a wide range of property and business transactions, including residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing, contracts for the sale and purchase of businesses and acquisition of shares, and shareholders’ agreements.

 

Vicky’s Bachelor of Commerce gives her a solid commercial foundation to provide practical and relevant legal advice to her clients. She enjoys the challenge of advising her clients on complex legal issues and working with her clients towards achieving their commercial objectives.
