Katrya Brownbill is a Lawyer in our commercial and property team in the Sunshine Coast.

 

Katrya obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Sunshine Coast and was admitted to the Supreme Court as a lawyer in 2020.

 

Katrya has acted for a wide range of commercial and property transactions including purchase and sale of commercial properties and development sites, commercial and retail leasing, sale of businesses and loan and security agreements.

 

She has also acted for developers on the Sunshine Coast and across regional Queensland in land subdivisions and negotiations of Option Agreements.

 

Katrya believes in simplifying complex legal issues to ensure her clients understanding.
