RETIREMENT VILLAGES
Our Practice

Never before has the retirement living and the aged care sectors been challenged and scrutinized as they are today.  We understand these unique challenges and have the necessary know-how and experience to assist operators to best position their business processes, facilities, and management teams to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges.

We are experienced in assisting retirement village and aged care operators with all stages and aspects of the establishment and day to day operation of these facilities. We work collaboratively with our clients to provide easy to understand advice that delivers practical solutions to often complex problems.

We are also experienced in advising proposed residents of retirement villages or aged care facilities on their rights and obligations prior to them entering into agreements with retirement villages or aged care operators. Our advice will ensure that you can take this step with a full understanding of the rights and obligations of all parties to the agreements.
