Sonia has more than 15 years’ experience in assisting clients with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including precontract advice on property transactions, preparing house and land contracts for sales and acquisitions of property, and managing residential conveyances, including off the plan vacant land and unit contracts. She also supports our commercial conveyancing team with day-to-day file management and arranging PEXA settlements.

Sonia’s extensive experience and conveyancing knowledge means that she is aware of the challenges and potential issues that can arise during a residential conveyance and is well equipped to guide clients through the process of buying and selling residential property.
