Brad ClarkBrad is a Partner with Shand Taylor Lawyers and has extensive experience in advising on structuring and restructuring, corporate governance, trusts, estate planning and succession law.

He regularly works with accountants and financial planners to ensure their clients' estate planning and succession needs are met.  This collaborative approach involving the client and their other professional advisers is the key to ensuring clients receive the most accurate and commercial advice.

Brad provides strategic advice in revenue effective structuring, individual and business succession planning, stamp duty and land tax matters, corporate governance and asset protection for family groups, individuals, business owners and private companies.  Examples of this work include:
