Richard Waring  Partner

Richard is a partner at our firm. Admitted as a solicitor in 2002, he holds degrees in Law and Business (majoring in Marketing). Richard is experienced in all aspects of business transactions, property development, body corporate matters, mortgages and loans, franchising, conveyancing, and leasing.

Richard has acted for several high profile property developers, corporations and landlords. He has also acted for a national retail chain in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of its retail sites.

Richard prides himself on being able to simplify often complex legal issues and provide commercial solutions for his clients.
