  • drafting, negotiating and finalising agreements for lease, leases, fit out and incentive deeds, and guarantees and disclosure statements on behalf of landlords, including the follow up of ancillary requirements such as bank guarantees and arranging registration of leases
  • reviewing and negotiating leases and associated documents on behalf of tenants as well as explaining a tenant's obligations under the lease
  • compliance with the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 (Qld), including meeting legislative timeframes, drafting compliant documents and preparation and review of disclosure statements

  • assignment, surrender, subletting and franchising of leases
